2. Ordering and Contract

A binding contract is formed once your order is paid and you receive an order confirmation.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate information.

Products are intended for personal use only and not for resale.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices include VAT where applicable.

Shipping costs are shown on the product page and at checkout.

Accepted payment methods appear at checkout.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date payment details.

4. Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–4 business days.

Average delivery time is 4–14 days.

Carriers used: Posti, Matkahuolto, PostNord and Schenker.

A tracking code will be provided once the order is dispatched.

Responsibility transfers to the customer once the shipment is handed over to the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, contact me within 7 days and include photos of the item and packaging.

5. Right of Withdrawal (EU 14 days)

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason.

Returned items must be unused, in original condition and in original packaging.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Gift cards are non-refundable.

6. Returns and Refunds

A refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Bank processing times may affect the speed of the refund.

If 15 business days have passed without receiving your refund, please contact me.

7. Product Images and Colours

Product colours may vary depending on the device and display settings.

I aim for accurate representation, but exact matching cannot be guaranteed.

8. Intellectual Property

All images, artworks, texts and other content are protected by copyright and owned by Laura Dahlqvist.

No content may be copied, stored or used without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

I am are not responsible for:

– delays caused by shipping carriers

– technical issues outside my control

– differences between product images and real-life appearance when descriptions are correct

I do not limit any statutory consumer rights.

10. Customer Responsibilities

The customer agrees to:

– provide accurate contact and delivery information

– inspect the shipment upon arrival

– notify us of any issues within a reasonable time

– use the online store in accordance with applicable laws

11. Privacy

Personal data is processed according to my Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms

I may update these Terms. The latest version is always available on the website.
